Selection and Preparation:
It all begins with the selection of high-quality peanuts. Only the freshest, full particles with thin shells, uniform color, and no mildew make the cut. These pristine peanuts are then subjected to a meticulous washing process, ensuring that any impurities and sediment clinging to the shells are thoroughly removed.
Flavor Enhancement:
To infuse the peanuts with a tantalizing taste, a composite antioxidant is added. This involves carefully measuring and mixing the antioxidant with boiling water until it dissolves completely. Additionally, a flavoring liquid is prepared using fresh liquorice, known for its natural antioxidant properties and flavor-enhancing qualities. The mixture is prepared, ensuring the right balance of flavors and antioxidant content.
Vacuum Tasty and Oven Roasting:
The peanuts are immersed in the flavoring liquid, allowing them to absorb the flavors deeply. The oven roasting process follows, divided into several stages. First, the peanuts are subjected to gentle roasting at a lower temperature to allow the flavoring liquid to permeate the kernels. Subsequent stages involve controlled temperature increases to achieve the perfect roasted texture while removing excess moisture.
Vacuum Drying and Cooling:
To finalize the roasting process, the peanuts are transferred to a vacuum drying oven. This step ensures the peanuts are fully roasted and ready to delight palates. Once roasted to perfection, the peanuts are cooled down, locking in the exquisite taste and texture they’ve acquired.
Packaging:
Only the best of the roasted peanuts, having undergone this meticulous journey, are selected. Rotten or imperfect ones are discarded. The chosen peanuts are then packaged using advanced multi-function film sealing machines, preserving their freshness and quality.
Innovative Roaster Machine:
Central to this efficient peanut roasting production line is the roaster machine itself. Utilizing natural gas as a heating resource and hot air as a medium, the roaster employs the principles of heat radiation to roast peanuts in a drum. A special screw plate within the drum ensures even movement, facilitating uniform roasting. While a temperature controller offers guidance, the operator’s skill and experience are crucial in gauging the roasting degree, owing to the variability in nut sizes and moisture content.
